We had a delightful stay at this hotel. we were pleasantly surprised by the value for money - the prices were very reasonable for what we received. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with the staff ensuring that every aspect of our stay was taken care of. Thirdly, the location of the hotel was perfect - situated beside the magnificent Arenal volcano, it provided a stunning view that was a treat for the eyes after a long day of walking. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with air conditioning and a bathroom. Plus, the breakfast included was a great way to start the day.

We enjoyed the beautiful location of this hotel, surrounded by wildlife and with stunning views of a nearby volcano. the location is also convenient for exploring the area, with easy access to the Centro Ecological and Hanging Bridges attractions. the friendly staff provided good service and a tasty breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the facilities such as the swimming pool.

The shower had low pressure at times.

The views of the volcano from my room were truly breathtaking. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great advice for both self-guided and guided tours. I also appreciated the option to order carry out food and the availability of a kitchen. this hotel offered great value for money, comfortable rooms, and a delicious breakfast included.

Had a great Easter weekend getaway! Amazing views of the volcano. Loved the peace and quiet of being away from the city noise. The gardens were beautiful and filled with colorful flowers. The tico breakfast was delicious and filling. The owners were friendly and helpful, always willing to give a ride to town which was a big plus. Room was clean and spacious with a gorgeous view. We enjoyed watching birds from the dining area.

The Wi-Fi was slow and the road noise was a bit loud. The swimming pool was small and didn't look like much of a pool.

Amazing views of nature and plenty of things to do in the nearby area. the hotel staff was friendly and provided us with a great local guide. the rooms were spacious and clean with a tropical decor that gave it a great ambiance. the meals were great and the authentic flavors were a real treat.

The road leading to the hotel is narrow and difficult to navigate. the noise from the nearby animals made it hard to sleep through the night.
